Purest Sentiment is a unique greeting card company specialising in handmade personalised cards for all occasions. Our cards are made using quality 300gsm card and come with a matching envelope. Each card is handmade/finished in the UK and as each card is made to order this results in a unique card every time. With the option to personalise your card and add a personal message inside, you really will be giving a keepsake to treasure forever. Our cards are available in two sizes small (6 by 6 inches) and large (8 by 8 inches). We pride ourselves on our quality and service.

DELIVERY

  • EUROPEAN Delivery charge starts from £8.85 (Tracked Service)
  • INTERNATIONAL Delivery charge starts from £11.55 (Tracked service)

As each card is carefully made to order, the processing time (time taken to make and prepare your order before despatch) is 7 WORKING DAYS  (Mon -Fri and excluding Bank Holidays.

Items are despatched Tracked 24(UK) Tracked international When ordering from outside of the UK, please note that royal mail estimates are for delivery to the destination country not to you, the actual receipt time will be down to customs and the local mail service. Please note this is not within our control. Thank You

PAYMENT

All payments are processed through PayPal.

RETURNS

We love our products and hope you will too. However, we understand that you may change your mind. You can return unwanted items in a new and unused condition within 14 days (this excludes personalised items) Please email us to advise that you wish to return an item and we will email you a returns authorisation. Please note that we are unable to accept returns of personalised orders as these are all made to order. (This does not affect your statutory rights). When returning, we recommend that you use a signed for service as we can only accept responsibility for returns once they have been received. We regret that we are unable to reimburse the original postage or the postage associated with the return. Refunds will be processed within 5 days the return being received but may take longer to reach the receiving account, depending on your bank.
